Under the Condotel management plan, Lancaster Cebu Resort
Residences will provide accommodation targeting, airline crews,
local and international tourists, gamblers to the Waterfront
Casino, businessmen working in the new Export Processing Zone
and the conference business.
Lancaster Cebu is projected to return approx. 7-9% based
on an average minimum occupancy of 75% a year. NB room rates
and occupancy levels in Cebu have been growing and most hotels
on Cebu are reporting average annual occupancy of over 75%
and higher.
Lancaster Cebu was designed as a residential project in 1994
and therefore offers larger size units and rooms more than
any other hotel in Cebu. A major advantage for maintaining
a high occupancy rate. Rooms will also be stylish and modern
and reflect the quality of a 3-4 star resort.
Apart from the Waterfront Hotel & Casino, and the Shangri-La
Hotel and a number of older smaller run down hotels, there
is virtually no alternative ‘affordable’ quality
accommodation to buy or stay at in Cebu. Lancaster Cebu Resort
will be a welcome addition to a tight hotel and residential
market.
